How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

We usually ship all orders within 24-48 working hours.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-7 days, depending on your location.
Note: During major sale events or high-volume periods, dispatch and delivery may take a little longer.

What are the shipping charges?

For Prepaid Orders:
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders ₹99 & above.

For COD Orders:
– A ₹50 COD handling fee goes directly to our courier partners for processing cash payments.
– We recommend choosing prepaid for a smoother, faster, and fully contactless delivery experience.

What if my order doesn't get delivered?

Our delivery partners will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your package.
If the order still can't be delivered, it will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
Once we receive the returned parcel.

What happens if a delivery is unsuccessful?

To ensure your package reaches you, our shipping partners will try to deliver it up to three times. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to us and labeled as RTO (Return to Origin).

Refund and Credit Process Upon receiving the returned items at our facility, we will initiate a resolution:
Refunds: We will process a reimbursement to the original payment method used during checkout.
Store Credit: Alternatively, store credits are available for your future purchases; they never expire and provide a hassle-free shopping experience.
